Step 1: Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Line baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Step 2: Cut up pieces of chicken into small, nugget-size pieces.
Step 3: Put 1 C ranch dressing into bowl and stir in chicken pieces. Set for 5 minutes.
Step 4: Pour goldfish crackers into a resealable bag and crush goldfish crackers until pieces are small.
Step 5: Shake excess ranch off pieces of chicken and place into the bag of crushed goldfish. Seal bag and toss chicken around until piece is completely coated. Repeat process until all pieces of chicken are coated with goldfish crackers.
Step 6: Place chicken evenly on baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and the goldfish crumbs start to toast.
Step 7: Take out of oven and enjoy with your choice of dipping sauce!
