Put on your apron and let's make some tasty treats that you and your family can enjoy! We are making Frozen-themed White Hot Chocolate this week. Listed below are the ingredients you will need as we go step-by-step in the video to make these delicious treats. Ingredients Needed:
C = cup, t = teaspoon, T = tablespoon

  • 1 C milk
  • 1 C half-and-half
  • 1 C white chocolate chips
  • Blue food coloring 
  • 1/4 C sugar
Materials Needed:
  • A stove-top pan
  • Mixing materials
  • Measuring cup
  • Small bowl
  • A cup
Recipe Steps:

Step 1: In a stove-top pan, place 1 C milk and 1 C half-and-half on a low heat. **Half-and-half can be substituted with another C of milk; hot chocolate will be less creamy.

Step 2: Slowly pour in 1 C white chocolate chips and stir until chocolate has completely melted. Do not let milk mixture come to a boil.

Step 3: Once chocolate has melted, add drops of blue food coloring and stir.

Step 4: Set hot chocolate aside to cool down. Take the small bowl and pour 1/4 C sugar and 2-3 drops blue food coloring in. Mix together.

Step 5: Take rims of glasses into sugar until getting preferred amount of sugar on cup. 

Step 6: Pour hot chocolate into glass.
