Join us at the Romeoville Branch Library on the second Tuesday evening of each month for a spirited book discussion and light refreshments including a choice of beer, wine or a non-alcoholic beverage.
In this debut novel by Bonnie Garmus, the author tells the story of Elizabeth Zott, who becomes a beloved cooking show host in 1960s Southern California after being fired as a chemist a decade earlier. The book was adapted to television series (Apple TV +) in late 2023.
This book will be available one month prior to the discussion and can be picked up at the Romeoville Branch Library's Adult Services Desk and will be due back one week after the book club date.
You must be 21 or older to attend this program.
Registration is required due to limited space. If you are not able to attend, please cancel 48 hours in advance so we can offer your spot to someone else. No-shows may be waitlisted for future programs.
