Join us for the third in a series of our  "Artist Spotlight" programs that the library is hosting in partnership with Romeoville Art Society!

Join us as we celebrate International Sculpture Day (4/29), and Mental Health Awareness Month in May. At this visual presentation and talk, artist Steve Kost will discuss metal sculpting and the healing power of art.

Steve, a US Veteran, was recently awarded a gold metal for his metal sculpture entries in The National Veterans Creative Arts Competition. As an artist, US Veteran, and public speaker, Steve has engaged with widespread audiences far and near. He has presented at the Library of Congress as well as locally. His art is currently on exhibit at our Romeoville Branch library and at Kelvin Grove Middle School in Lockport!
