THE HEALTHY AGING TREE (THAT) SUMMER PiYo (Pilates+Yoga) Series
Stretch, Strengthen, and Sculpt your body this Summer with THAT series. “The Healthy Aging Tree“ Movement and White Oak Library Romeoville present THAT series featuring 3 PiYo (Pilates & Yoga combo) classes this Summer. The PiYo 60-minute sessions led by Vania Perry (THAT Lady), Certified Group Exercise Instructor, PiYo LIVE Instructor, as well as Health and Wellness Coach, have two 30 minute components; a 30-minute wellness talk followed by a 30 minute PiYo LIVE session.

NOTE: Participants must provide their own yoga mat. Participants are expected to attend the entire program. Advanced Physicians will be available after each class to provide brief Wellness, pain management and Physical Therapy Consultations.
