This evidence-based presentation will address misinformation and misleading claims surrounding these topics. Healthy lifestyles have been shown to prevent chronic diseases and even reverse them. We'll explore the importance of proper nutrition,  restful sleep, and building healthy habits in addition to tips and tricks to easily incorporate into our daily lives. Plus a brief cooking demonstration.
