Stretch, Strengthen, and Sculpt your body by attending our PiYo (Pilates & Yoga combo) classes. The PiYo 60-minute sessions are led by Vania Perry, a certified group exercise instructor and a health and wellness coach. The first 30 minutes of our program features a wellness talk, followed by a 30 minute PiYo LIVE session.
