Chair Yoga is for everybody! If you can breathe, you can do Chair Yoga! Yoga instructor Marti Lahood will teach you several ways to practice yoga while seated, or standing by your chair. You will also learn how to synchronize your moves with your breathing. Both novice and experienced Yogis are welcome! For adults only. *Registration required.
