Event Details
These classes target the legal permanent residents who are either thinking of or have already started the naturalization process. The class is led by staff from the Southwest Suburban Immigration Project in collaboration with staff from the White Oak Library District.
The class will focus on the four components necessary for applicants to pass the citizenship interview. The four components are Reading, Writing, Civics, and Personal Information.
Students will be required to take a placement test in order to register for the class. Walk in registration is Tuesday, February 12, 2019 from 10:30 am – 12:30 pm at the Romeoville Branch of the White Oak Library District at 201 W. Normantown Road, Romeoville, Illinois.

Clases de preparación para la ciudadanía
Estas clases se dirigen a los residentes permanentes legales que están pensando en o ya han iniciado el proceso de naturalización. La clase es dirigida por personal del Proyecto de Inmigración Suburbana del Suroeste en colaboración con el personal del Distrito de la Biblioteca de White Oak.
La clase se centrará en los cuatro componentes necesarios para que los solicitantes pasen la entrevista de ciudadanía. Los cuatro componentes son Lectura, Escritura, Cívica e Información Personal. Los estudiantes tendrán que tomar una prueba de colocación para inscribirse en la clase. Registracion es el martes, 12 de Marzo de 2019 de 10:30 am - 12:30 pm en la Biblioteca de Romeoville de White Oak, en 201 W. Normantown Road, Romeoville, Illinois.
