Celebrate the Illinois Bicentennial with this special food sampling event! Chef Susan Maddox's presentation of the Foods of Illinois will focus on some popular dishes enjoyed in the state of Illinois, how to make them, and sampling, of course. For Adults and Teens. Registration Required.
