Healthy Winners, join us for a summer Pilates series every 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month at 10:30 AM at Romeoville Branch Library. Score a great workout focused on your core that will also help to improve posture, balance, and flexibility. This low-impact class will be done on the floor, so bring your mat along with a water bottle, and dress in comfortable clothes. A waiver must be signed upon arrival. Registration recommended.
