Pilates class designed for beginners.
This low-impact class will be done on the floor, so bring your mat along
with a water bottle, and dress in comfortable clothes. Your core is the main focus of the workout,
but have no fear – there will be no crunches J. A waiver must be signed upon arrival. Registration recommended.
